I enjoy attending the Cleveland Museum of Art's annual #CMAChalkFestival every year and sharing my favorite chalk artwork on my "Chalk Festival" blog posts. . . .

. . . therefore, I was very disappointed that a spur-of-the-moment trip south to take care of some family business prevented me from attending on Saturday, September 11, 2021. cryingcryingcryingcryingcrying

I asked people on the Cleveland Twitterverse to share on Twitter their photos from the 2021 Cleveland Chalk Festival, so that I could at least attend an online version of the Chalk Festival.

(Note: In 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 31st Chalk Festival was a virtual event. Therefore, I knew that people are great at sharing if they are asked. See my blog post: #CMAChalkFestival Social Distancing Style: Cleveland Museum of Art's Virtual Chalk Festival 2020)

I was rewarded greatly by the Cleveland Twitterverse with the following photos shared online:

Knowing how disappointed I was to be missing the 2021 Cleveland Museum of Art Chalk Festival, my son, Kevin F. Smith, made a point to go to the museum to share on Twitter his favorite drawings. THANK YOU, KEVIN!!

A good thing to remember every year is that you can visit the Cleveland Museum of Art's Fine Arts Garden for a few days after the Chalk Festival to see the artwork (unless it rains).

As I was writing this my tenth Cleveland Chalk Festival blog post on September 17, 2021, it was great to be reminded by my "Facebook Memories" of the fun I in past years at the Chalk Festival. That is why I create my "Chalk Festival" blog posts -- so I can see the artwork from past years again.

The chalk art created at the Cleveland Museum of Art's Chalk Festival every year is outstanding! Please take some time to see artwork from the past nine shows by reading my blog posts:

A BIG THANK YOU to Judy Beveridge and Stacy McGaugh for sharing with me on the Twitterverse their additional photos from the September 11, 2021, Cleveland Museum of Art Chalk Festival! It is interesting that they both shared a chalk drawing of a dragon.

Please take a look at the following, and please share their photos by retweeting:

Here is a photo shared by Stacy McGaugh that I missed from the date of the Chalk Festival on September 11, 2021:

2019 was the last time I attended in person. It was a very special year, since it celebrated the 30th year of the Cleveland Museum of Art Chalk Festival. The reason I mention it here is that Judy Beveridge made a special chalk drawing in 2019 to commemorate the museum's 30th Chalk Festival, which I featured in my blog post:
